These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleaning by Kandi, LLC website https://cleaningbykandi.com/ (“Site”) and our cleaning services (“Services”). By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cleaning by Kandi provides residential, move-out, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services in and around Surprise, AZ. Services are described on our Site and may be customized upon request.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance through our Site, by phone, or by email.

You are responsible for providing accurate service details (property access, size, cleaning needs).

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to emergencies, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning service requested.

All fees are due at the time of booking or upon completion of service (depending on your agreement).

Payments are accepted via [insert accepted methods: Check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.].

Any unpaid balances may result in late fees or refusal of future service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

We will always do our best to accommodate reschedules at no additional charge if notice is given.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

Remove personal or valuable items from areas to be cleaned.

Notify us of pets, special cleaning needs, or hazardous conditions in advance.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds may be offered only at our discretion.

7. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.

Customers must disclose fragile or high-value items before service.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.

Our cleaners follow safety and sanitation protocols, including the use of appropriate cleaning products.

9. Changes to Services

We may update pricing, policies, or available services at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
